1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Your Virtual Office Manager Ltd ('I', 'me', 'my'). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
I provide virtual assistant and remote admin services including but not limited to: administrative support, inbox management, social media management, scheduling, and research. The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Health & Safety services are not included in standard packages — these are tailored to individual requirements and priced separately on a case by case basis.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in advance and set out in your service agreement or package confirmation. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For retainer arrangements, payment is required in full upfront before work commences. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Confidentiality
I treat all client information as strictly confidential. I will not disclose any information about your business, clients, or operations to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
Any work produced by me on your behalf remains your property upon receipt of full payment. I retain the right to reference the nature of work completed (without disclosing confidential details) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the arrangement with 14 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and payable in full.
7. Limitation of liability
My liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the issue arose. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
